Individual Therapy
Therapy is collaborative—we work together to understand your experiences and build healthier ways of coping.
I offer therapy for individuals struggling with:
- Anxiety and panic
- Low mood and depression
- Relationship difficulties
- Past trauma, loss, and grief
- Burnout or stress from work or life transitions

Parenting and Postpartum Support
As a mother of two, I understand firsthand the emotional highs and challenges that come with motherhood — from pregnancy through the early years and beyond. Each stage brings its own joys and complexities, and I have a deep interest in supporting women throughout this journey.
Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, navigating toddlerhood, returning to work, or facing identity and relationship shifts, I offer a calm and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, fears, and frustrations without guilt or shame.
I love helping mothers develop healthy coping skills, build self-confidence, and reconnect with their inner resources. I believe that by nurturing and supporting mothers — at any stage — we not only care for their wellbeing, but also strengthen the foundation for emotionally secure parent-child relationships.
As a Babies in Mind practitioner, I can help with:
- Navigating emotional changes during pregnancy or postpartum
- Bonding with your baby
- Coping with postnatal depression or anxiety
- Addressing sleep and feeding challenges
- Working through relationship or identity shifts

Neuropsychological Assessments
I offer comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for adolescents and adults. All assessments are carefully tailored to the referral question and include a detailed report and feedback session.
These can be useful for understanding:
- Memory and attention issues
- Traumatic brain injuries
- Cognitive impacts of psychiatric or neurological conditions
- Dementias and age-related concerns
